Eligibility & User Accounts

ComfyControl ("we," "our," or "us") provides services for managing and automating ComfyUI workflows. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Our services are intended for adults as defined by their local laws. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for technical abuse, misrepresentation of age or identity, or other violations of these Terms.

Content Ownership & Moderation

You retain 100% ownership of all content you generate or upload through our services. Uploaded content is cleared after use; generated content remains until you delete it. After deletion, your content is permanently removed from our systems.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate or upload. If required by law, or if content is found to be illegal, harmful, or infringing, we may remove such content and notify you. In serious cases, we may terminate your account with immediate effect.

We do not claim any rights to use, display, or distribute your content beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Paid Features, Subscriptions & Refunds

Our platform offers subscription tiers that unlock higher usage limits. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Paid features are only available after payment confirmation.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but cancellations apply only to future billing cycles. Refunds are not offered except in cases where users provide legitimate reasons for a refund. If a payment fails or is disputed, paid features will not be provided until payment is confirmed. Repeated payment issues may result in a refund or account suspension.

Service Changes & Notifications

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, as deemed necessary by our internal analysis. Users will be notified in advance of any major changes or expected downtime.

Risks & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform, you acknowledge that digital services carry risks of service disruption or data loss. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComfyControl from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. This may include permanent account suspension or, in rare cases, monetary compensation.

Account Termination & Data Deletion

Upon account termination, your data and content will be permanently deleted after a 15-day period. You may re-register with the same email and start a new account after deletion.

Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including GitHub for authentication and LemonSqueezy for payment processing. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of these third-party services.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and notified to users by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement
